Paul L. Foster

Paul L. Foster is an American business man who has operated as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of the Board for Western Refining,^[1] an independent oil refiner and marketer headquartered in El Paso, Texas.^[2] In 2007, Paul Foster donated $50 million to help create the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, TX.^[3]

Paul is a brother of Minerva inducted into the Texas Theta chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
